My main goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere in which the student \ncan proceed at his\/her own pace while learning to play guitar, bass or \ndrums.  Whether one is looking to perform, do studio work, audition, \nbe a songwriter or just wants to learn to play a few songs for their \nown enjoyment, I'm able to create an effective custom program to teach them.\n<\/span><\/span><\/pre>\n

I’ve taken lessons from Albert for several years. Albert is an awesome teacher and VERY patient.

He is fluent in teaching many styles of music from classical, funk, jazz, rock, county, finger style<\/g>, blues, metal, ear training etc<\/g>.

He teaches theory and how to apply it to guitar in a way that is easy to understand.

He also teaches how to read standard notation, as well as tablature. Most guitar teachers these days are just teaching tab.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Albert to anyone of any age looking to learn how to play guitar, or someone who is working on getting to the next level.

He has been teaching my 10-year-old son for over a year and my son has become a great guitarist.<\/p>\n
Albert seems to know just about any song my son asked for and if he didn\u2019t, he was able to quickly figure out by listening to it.<\/p>\n
He mixes some music theory with the lessons which is very helpful.<\/p>\n
He also has been teaching a group lesson with my son and his friend and has helped them complement each other by playing different guitar parts together. He is versatile and has done a wonderful job!<\/p>\n

I agree with everything everyone else says about Albert so I don’t want to repeat. I started with him when I retired (bucket list litem) and Albert is very patient and helpful ( as well as accommodating my uneven scheduling). You get into songs you like right away and learn technique within the songs as you go. He’ll give you as much theory as you want. Shortly after you start with Albert you’ll feel like your learning\/ playing with a friend… I highly recommend him!<\/p>\n

After taking lessons with Albert for 6 months I\u2019m a better player than I thought I would be with years of practice.<\/p>\n

Every hour-long lesson (which goes by in what feels like 20 minutes) is filled with advice and information that would otherwise have taken me a lot longer to figure out on my own.<\/p>\n
